Role requirements:
* Daily calls to potential sellers and buyers.
* Conduct property market appraisals.
* Take photos and write listings for advertising on major property portals.
* Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions in the market
* Stay up to date with market insights and trends.
* Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency.
What you will need:
* A strong background in sales and client-facing roles.
* A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
* A collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach.
