* Current AHPRA registration without restrictions or conditions.
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in nursing.
* Minimum of 12 months experience in an Australian hospital setting.
* Post-graduate in Mental Health or 12 months recent experience working in Mental Health.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, monitoring and documenting patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and providing wound care.
* Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
* Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure quality patient care.
