**Description**:
**Operational Responsibilities**
- Provide staff with guidance and support in HR and TAUS Care systems.
- Establish and manage constructive, professional relationships with employees.
- Establish a valid form of employee engagement in order to improve productivity/job satisfaction and reduce employee turnover, in consultation with the Director and Operations Manager.
- Optimise HR processes to develop a seamless and effective approach to recruit, select and onboard talent.
- Maintain regular communication with every employee to gather feedback, as part of the company's continuous improvement policy.
- Compliance list (TAUS Registers) to be updated and maintained current, working alongside the business administrator.
- Assist office personal with rostering and relief reception duties when required.
- Sharing On Call - fortnightly is essential during weekdays/weekends upon request.
- Assist in the smooth operation of business activities per direction by the supervising manager.
**Record Keeping**
- Support TAUS Care's Management Team with the selection, maintenance and operation of TAUS Care's IT systems related to HR management.
- Work with the Director to ensure the security and integrity of TAUS Care's IT systems, including approving/denying and setting staff access to TAUS Care's
- record keeping systems.

**Pay Rate**:
- 35 AUD - 36 AUD (Hour)
