Director Support Officer – Nursing & Midwifery Practice Development Unit
Provide high‐level executive and administrative support to the Director of Nursing & Midwifery Practice Development Unit. Support operations, communication, and coordination across stakeholders and facilities.
Responsibilities
* Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meeting coordination.
* Provide high‐level secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
* Screen and manage incoming communications, emails, and enquiries.
* Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow‐up actions.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce administration processes.
* Manage rostering, leave, payroll documentation, and HR processes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in executive or senior administrative support roles.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong diary management, coordination, and organisational skills.
* Experience with HR systems, rostering, and workforce processes.
* Experience in healthcare or hospital settings (highly regarded).
* Knowledge of systems such as myHR, S4HANA, MSHLearn (desirable).
* Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team.
