We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Technical Lead or Technical Project Manager with NV2 or TSPV security clearance to support IT infrastructure transition projects.
This role is responsible for developing strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring seamless delivery of IT infrastructure initiatives, including new and existing building transitions. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and within established project governance frameworks and controls, ensuring alignment with organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Planning, design, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects across secure environments.
* Define and implement cabling and infrastructure strategies for new or transitioning facilities.
* Building-to-building infrastructure transitions.
* Oversee procurement processes, including vendor evaluation, contract management, and supplier engagement.
* Drive project governance, risk management, and compliance with organisational standards.
* Prepare and present strategy, status, and technical updates to executive stakeholders.
* Ensure smooth handover and transition into operational environments.
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record as an IT Infrastructure Technical Lead or Technical Project Manager in large-scale, complex environments.
* Experience in migration/relocation, cabling, and infrastructure transition projects.
* Demonstrated ability in supporting procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level presentations.
* Strong understanding of infrastructure strategy, architecture, and delivery.
* NV2 or TSPV clearance (mandatory).
