About The Role
As a Remote Registered Nurse, you’ll be the frontline provider of 24/7 medical support at an industrial clinic based in the Surat Basin, Qld. You’ll play a vital role in emergency response, primary healthcare, health promotion, and injury prevention. This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously in a dynamic and rewarding setting, supported by Aspen Medical’s robust clinical governance framework. Fulltime and casual employment opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver primary healthcare and emergency medical response
- Conduct health assessments, care planning, and wellness education
- Manage medications, vaccinations, and referrals
- Support the onsite Emergency Response Team during evacuations and critical incidents
- Lead health promotion initiatives and provide First Aid/LVR training
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with unconditional AHPRA registration
- Current Advanced Life Support certification
- Drug & Alcohol testing accreditation (HLTPAT005)
- Unrestricted (manual) driver’s licence
- Experience in Oil & Gas or rural/remote healthcare
- Proficiency in MS Office and medical databases
- Immunisation and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualifications highly regarded
