Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced quantity surveyor to manage complex M&E projects, ensuring profitability and delivering value to clients.
* Manage the cost and value of multiple M&E projects at various stages of delivery.
* Serve as the focal point for effective communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to meet supply and delivery targets.
* Deliver project profitability and work collaboratively with others to ensure targets and time demands are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage risk and change processes to minimize delays and costs.
* Collaborate with legal teams to create agreements and contract documentation.
* Provide commercial advice and support to clients, maintaining high standards of quality.
