Join us as a Remote Bilingual Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist at Signet Jewelers.

Position Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, providing exceptional service and maintaining our brands' reputation as the jewelry of choice.


Responsibilities

* Respond professionally and courteously to customer calls, addressing questions or concerns.
* Provide personalized support and quick resolutions.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
* Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during calls to ensure efficient resolutions.
* Exceed customer expectations through professional etiquette and positive representation of the company.
* Meet productivity, call efficiency, schedule adherence, and communication quality standards.
* Manage escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism, remaining calm under pressure.


Qualifications

* Customer service experience.
* Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
* Ability to multitask effectively with attention to detail.
* Familiarity with data entry processes and office software is valued.
* Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish and English, are preferred.
* Analytical mindset to evaluate feedback and improve service.
* Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic math skills.
