Garro is a high-performance construction labour company providing Formworkers, Concreters, Riggers, and Carpenters for large-scale projects. We operate across Perth, with selective international operations in Dubai and Singapore.
We don't hire anyone — we only work with the best. We need an HR Manager who can match our ambition, build top-tier teams, and recruit elite talent locally and internationally.

Your Role
You will own recruitment end-to-end for critical trade and HR positions:
* Formworkers, Concreters, Riggers, Carpenters
* Top-level hires for international projects (Dubai & Singapore)
* Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
* Conduct reference checks and coordinate onboarding
* Maintain recruitment pipelines and HR records
* Report directly to Sean Garro on workforce readiness and talent strategy
Key Outcome: Ensure the right people are in the right place on time, every time, for both local and international projects.

Requirements
* Proven HR experience in construction or skilled trades
* Experience recruiting for high-performance teams across multiple locations
* Knowledge of Australian employment law & compliance
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisation skills
* Ability to work independently and deliver fast, measurable results
Preferred: Experience with international recruitment or sourcing high-level talent for multi-jurisdiction projects
