The opportunity

As the Coordinator Facilities Management you will lead a small team to oversee and manage the City's Building and Community Facilities Asset Management Plan (BMAP). This is a key position that will play a central role in shaping the long term strategy and renewal programs for our community assets, ensuring that the short term and long term capital works renewal models and programs align with the City's Long Term Financial Plan, as well as ensuring that all data and information are effectively captured and managed within the City's systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor level qualification in facilities management or asset management (or a similar or relevant discipline)
* Minimum ten (10) years' experience in facilities management
* Significant experience in developing capital renewal programs for buildings and facilities assets
* Experience in leading and managing teams
* High level of knowledge of Work Health and Safety legislation, Building Act 2011, Health Act 1911, and related legislation and standards
* Hold a current unrestricted C class national driver's licence
