With the 12:00pm-1:00pm start, the shift time will adjust by 1 hour dependent on daylight savings.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, these roles will see you efficiently addressing customer enquiries and providing prompt resolutions, fostering strong relationships with internal and external customers.Key Responsibilities include:Providing exemplary customer service, resolving queries in a one-call resolution framework whenever possible.Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all Sigma customers and internal departments such as Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Retail, Pricing, and IT.Utilising the CRM system to maintain accurate customer records and escalate issues appropriately in line with company policy.Building relationships and promoting complete customer solutions.We are looking for:Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Effective relationship-building skills.Previous Customer Service experience.Proficiency in CRM, telephony, and other contact centre technologies.What's on offer:When you join Sigma Healthcare, you join an Australian success story with over 100 years of proud history.
