Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Director based in Hornsby, NSW. The Human Resources Director will oversee HR strategies, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts, developing and managing performance management systems, providing guidance on HR best practices, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Collaboration with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) functions, including workforce planning and organizational development.
* Proven experience in implementing and managing HR Policies and compliance frameworks.
* Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and fostering positive workplace interactions.
* Knowledge and experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
* In‐depth understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and provide accurate guidance to the organization.
* Strong leadership, problem‐solving, and decision‐making abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
