Contract Administrator – Commercial Construction & Fitout | Sydney

Role Overview
As a Contract Administrator, you will support the project delivery team by managing contracts and ensuring projects run smoothly, protecting margins, and maintaining compliance. You will be involved in both commercial new builds and fitouts, including projects valued between $15–70 million, known for high-end finishes and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Administer contracts for commercial construction and fitout projects
Prepare and issue subcontract agreements, variations, and RFIs
Manage progress claims, payment schedules, and contractual correspondence
Maintain accurate records, registers, and document controls
Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance and protect project margins
About You
4+ years' experience in contract administration within commercial construction or fitout (Design & Construct experience is a bonus)
Strong understanding of Australian Standard contracts and SOPA compliance
Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficient with contract/project software (e.g., Procore, Aconex)
Proactive, detail-focused, and team-oriented
