Senior Sales Manager – High-End Jewellery

Burrows Jewellers is seeking an experienced, confident Senior Sales Manager to join our team.
This is not a back-office management role. This is a front-of-house, high-performance sales role for someone who thrives on building trust, closing meaningful sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences — particularly on products valued at $2,000 and above.
We specialise in precious metals, diamonds, engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine gemstone jewellery. Our customers are making significant life purchases, and we need someone who is comfortable guiding them through those decisions with confidence and professionalism.
About the Role
Your primary focus will be high-value sales and customer relationships.
You will:
* Lead from the front on premium sales
* Convert enquiries into custom and diamond jewellery sales
* Build long-term customer relationships
* Deliver exceptional in-store experience consistent with our values
* Assist with sales tracking and performance reporting
Store administration, budgeting, and higher-level management functions remain with the business owner. However, experience in these areas is helpful. Your role is to drive revenue and customer excellence.
What We're Looking For
You must have one of the following:
* Proven experience selling products valued at $2,000+ (luxury retail, automotive, premium furniture, high-end fashion, etc.)
OR
* Strong jewellery industry experience with solid product knowledge in diamonds, gemstones, or fine jewellery
Ideally, you bring both — but we can train either product knowledge or sales technique. We cannot train both at this stage.
