About the role
Join our team as a Program Administrator and be at the heart of keeping our facilities safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. You'll oversee facility use, support and lead engaging leisure programs, manage bookings, memberships, and records, and assist with financial and administrative tasks. This role also involves coordinating suppliers and contractors, supporting staff rostering and training, and contributing to new program initiatives and marketing efforts. About you
We're looking for a proactive and innovative professional with proven experience managing leisure and recreation facilities, including program development, staff coordination, and community engagement. You'll bring strong supervisory skills and the ability to lead effectively in a dynamic, diverse environment, with a focus on achieving outcomes within budgets and timelines. You're creative in developing engaging leisure opportunities for the community, work well as part of a team, and are comfortable with some travel across the shire to deliver exceptional programs and services.
