The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations and projects
* Coordinating recruitment and selection processes including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding staff
* Advising managers and employees on workplace relations, performance management, and employment conditions
* Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR systems
* Supporting staff induction, training, and career development programs
* Assisting with HR policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
* Atleast 1 year experience in HR advisory or HR administration role
* Robust knowledge of Australian workplace relations and employment legislation
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
Salary
AUD $70,000 - $80,000 per annum (exclusive of superannuation).
