About the
role
As a Service
Advisor, you'll be the key liaison between our customers and service department,
ensuring an exceptional experience from booking to vehicle collection. This
role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves
solving problems, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer
service every time.
Key
Responsibilities
* Maintaining
the customer bookings ensuring it is current and up to date
* Customer
care – checking vehicles in and out, informing them about the progress of their
vehicle during a service or repair and assisting with queries and follow up
* Assisting
the service team with all customer facing aspects of the department
* Handle
high volumes of phone and email correspondence.
* Complete
general administration tasks and support service operations.
About
you
We are
looking for an individual who is an excellent team player and provides first
class customer service every time. To
succeed in this role you will have:
* Customer
Service experience; ideally in a fast-paced retail environment. Automotive industry experience is desirable
but not essential; we will teach the right person.
* Ability
to communicate the value of our service and repairs
* Strong
computer literacy with the ability to learn specialised and tailored automotive
systems
* Outstanding
communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people at
all levels
* Excellent
time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet strict
timelines
* Current
Driver's License
