Senior Manager - Accounting & Finance
Location: North Ryde.

Base Pay Range
A$250,000 per year – A$300,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Oversee the financial and operational activities of the company, supported by a capable 2IC and finance team.
Manage cash flow, develop and implement financial and operational policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Act as a trusted adviser providing financial insights for decision making such as R&D, investments and CAPEX.
Manage relationships with banks and investors, arrange financing and take part in M&A (due diligence and integration).
Serve as a business partner driving excellence in operational functions such as supply chain, inventory management, customer support and technical service.
Qualifications
Inventory based industry experience.
CFO of an SME or Head of Finance / Divisional CFO experience in a large corporate.
Strong breadth in financial control, commercial and corporate finance.
Proactive communicator with collaborative influencing style, able to manage equally well up the chain as well as down.
Big 4 background and experience in a growth-oriented business, particularly through M&A.
Competence in cash flow modelling.
