Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property viewings and open inspections
* Meet and assist prospective residents with applications
* Support leasing activity and vacancy reduction
* Complete routine and entry inspection reports in Inspection Express
* Identify and report maintenance and compliance issues
* Update tasks and inspection records in PropertyMe
* Maintain inspection availability in Inspect Real Estate (IRE)
* Attend training sessions and team meetings
About You
Essential:
* Current Victorian Agent's Representative Registration
* Current unrestricted driver's licence
* Professional presentation and strong communication skills
* Experience conducting property inspections and/or viewings
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently in a field-based role
