We are looking for Swim Teachers who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives through teaching them how to swim. At Y Learn and Swim, we believe that learning should be fun and enjoyable. About The Organisation
Y Ballarat, including our Board of Directors are committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding Children and Young People frameworks. Y Ballarat requires all applicants to undergo checks prior to commencement including, police checks, international police checks, WWCC and reference checks as a minimum. Requirements and Qualifications
Required Qualification:
A willingness to obtain or a current qualification in Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (SISSS00112).
A willingness to obtain or a current CPR & First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012).
Required checks prior to commencement include police checks, international police checks, Working with Children Check (WWCC) and reference checks as a minimum.
Pay
We offer a competitive salary, starting at $32.44 per hour for casual swim teachers. We will also pay for you to obtain the following qualifications: First Aid Certificate (HTLAID012).
