Main Responsibilities:
* Welcome clients at the front desk and handle initial inquiries
* Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely manner
* Coordinate client consultations and appointments
* Provide general administrative support and maintain office operations
* Oversee client intake processes and assist with setting up files
* Interact with diverse clients including individuals, businesses, and corporations
Essential Skills:
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
* Confidently interact with clients from various cultural backgrounds
* Possess bilingual or multilingual skills – Farsi/Dari proficiency is highly regarded
* Familiarity with legal or professional services settings is desirable but not essential
