About the role
As an Occupational Therapist at Northcott, you'll provide person-centred, evidence-based therapy to children and adults across a varied caseload. Work closely with families and professionals to help people thrive, with flexible options for in-person, community, or telehealth sessions, and opportunities for professional development.

What you'll bring
* A degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA eligibility/ registration.
* A person-centred, evidence-based approach focused on real outcomes.
* Strong relationship-building skills with clients, families, and teams
* Clear, confident communication and teamwork skills
* A growth mindsetand passion for learning and collaboration
* Good organisation and time management to manage a diverse caseload, paediatric to adults.
