The Role
* Be the friendly, professional voice for our clients via phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Coordinate schedules for residential lift installations, maintenance, and repairs with precision.
* Liaise seamlessly between clients and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
* Tackle administrative tasks and deliver exceptional customer service.
