Job Summary
* We are seeking an individual who can combine field work with helpdesk support in an industrial setting, working on the installation and maintenance of technology infrastructure.
* Maintain and expand technology infrastructure across a modern meat processing facility, providing first-line technical assistance to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install and configure networking equipment and PCs to meet business needs.
* Perform physical infrastructure work, including cable running and equipment installations.
* Assist with SCADA system support and industrial network maintenance.
* Troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide solutions.
