An excellent opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and passionate Contracts Manager to join the InfraCo NBN Services Team.
**The opportunity**:
As Contracts Manager, you will provide commercial and contract management support by standing up and managing a critical portfolio of InfraCo agreements, on behalf of InfraCo's enhanced product suite, in anticipation of Telstra's restructure. You will provide commercial acumen, contractual expertise, pricing review, business focus and advocacy outcomes as we implement a consistent, successful contract management framework underpinning InfraCo's InfraCo 2.0 strategy.
**Your key responsibilities and major tasks include, but are not limited to**:
- Assessment of optimal contracting frameworks for consolidated channel arrangements providing InfraCo services to new and existing customers (both domestic and international)
- Refinement of contract templates in preparation for new product suite and channel management strategy
- Negotiation, execution and implementation of agreements between customers, InfraCo, and ServeCo
- Working cross functionally to establish or enhance existing contractual, operational and pricing frameworks to support complex engagements between InfraCo and ServeCo channels
- Value creation for both InfraCo and Telstra through the strengthening of win-win pricing frameworks that are optimised within regulatory and other constraints
- Ensure contractual arrangements align with requirements of intercompany agreements
- Establish positive working relationships with stakeholders across InfraCo and ServeCo, including regular Principal and Executive interaction
**Enough about us, let's talk about you. To hit the ground running we are looking for individuals who can confidently demonstrate the following**:
- Senior/extensive experience in contract development and commercial negotiation
- Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed/functional environment, where some key resources are under a different line manager
- Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Understanding of various pricing structures methodologies and experience in their implementation
- Understanding of Service Level Agreement (SLA) approaches and remedies.
**Highly desirable**
- Account/Relationship Management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of InfraCo's asset classes and the functions and capabilities supporting them
- Knowledge/understanding of the broader functions performed by InfraCo for the remainder of Telstra, as well as vice versa
