About The Role
Due to continued growth across Northern NSW, we are seeking a Project Director to join our Newcastle Property & Construction team, providing leadership across a diverse portfolio of community‐shaping projects.
In this senior role, you will have end‐to‐end accountability for major projects and client relationships across Education, Living & Aged Care, Commercial Property and Retail sectors. You'll provide strategic direction, commercial oversight and governance, while mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of our regional capability. This role is suited to an established leader who enjoys balancing project excellence, client trust and team development, and who wants to make a lasting impact in the Northern NSW market.
About You
* Typically 12+ years of experience delivering complex property or construction projects.
* Proven success in Project Director, Associate Director or similar senior client‐side roles.
* Deep understanding of property development and construction delivery, including commercial and risk management.
* Tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, architecture or a related discipline.
* Strong client‐facing capability, with experience leading repeat engagements and trusted advisor relationships.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, build capability and contribute to business growth.
