We’re looking for a skilled and dependable 2IC Griller to work closely with the Head Chef and step up to supervise when needed. If you're confident on the grill and ready for leadership responsibilities, this is your prospect.

Known across Melbourne and Victoria, we’re now expanding to Cairns at the iconic Cairns Aquarium. Responsibilities
- Run the grill section during busy lunch, dinner, and functions
- Maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards
- Assist with prep, stock management, and smooth daily operations
- Train and support junior staff in a collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a griller or section leader in a busy kitchen
- Strong leadership skills and the confidence to take charge
- Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Reliable, motivated, and calm under pressure
- Great communication and teamwork abilities
- Availability for lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends
