AYAN InfoTech is looking for a Project Scheduler to join an exciting project based in Sydney. The role offers the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well‐structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.

Required Skills & Experience
* The Project: The Enterprise Service Management (ESM) project is tasked with delivering and operationalising client new Service Management platform (based on Service Now).
* There are 6 contributing workstreams in Release 1, with another 3-5 (TBC) to follow in Release 2.
* Overall, the project is in SIT phase, with parallel End to End and UAT testing to follow.
* Release 1 will go‐live in late July, with Release 2 in November.
* The schedule is maintained in MS Project.
* There is a master schedule that is 750 rows and is approximately 40% complete.
* There are 9 sub‐projects (for the workstreams) contributing to this master schedule.
* There are 2 saved baselines which were created as a result of replanning activities.
The Role Summary
* Schedule Development: Create comprehensive, time‐phased schedules (e.g., Gantt charts) that include all project tasks, milestones, resources, and dependencies, often collaborating with project managers to obtain updates.
* Monitoring & Updating: Regularly update the project schedule with actual progress, completed tasks, and delays to reflect the current project status, comparing with baseline as required.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks, resource conflicts, and schedule risks, recommending corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
* Communication & Reporting: Provide regular, accurate, and concise status reports on schedule performance to project teams and stakeholders.
* Define schedule metrics.
* Documentation: Maintain records of scheduling changes and project activity to ensure compliance and for future analysis.
* Familiarise themselves with the project.
* Initial schedule analysis & recommendations.
* Schedule improvement.
