Monadelphous are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator to join our Gladstone Operations team based on Curtis Island QLD.
This role will see you working Monday to Friday (9-day fortnight), on a permanent contract, and will provide mechanical expertise and project management support to the maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities include:
* Support and manage the delivery of maintenance projects to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule
* Build strategic internal and external relationships, liaise with client representatives, and manage subcontractor delivery
* Establish project plans based on prioritised tasks, available resources, work schedules and milestones
* Identify and manage risk and changes in scope requirements to ensure successful delivery of work
* Be the point of contact for maintenance staff and client representatives for queries relating to technical or progress issues
* Lead safety culture, initiatives and performance throughout
* Ensure compliance to meet quality and regulatory requirements
What you will bring
* Site based experience in the Oil and Gas industry (highly regarded)
* Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
* Demonstrable experience in delivering the core elements of managing maintenance projects and resources
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
* Excellent time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
* An innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
* Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
* Proof of right to work in Australia
