Our Client Our client is a nationally recognised residential property development organisation, renowned for delivering high-quality masterplanned communities, townhouses and apartment projects across Australia. With a strong corporate presence and a collaborative team culture, they are seeking a professional and proactive Reception & Office Coordinator to join their Perth-based head office. This is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a polished corporate environment while supporting broader business operations. Description Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of the corporate office. Key responsibilities include: Creating a professional first impression by welcoming visitors, announcing arrivals, and managing enquiries Answering and directing incoming calls, managing the administration inbox, and taking accurate messages Coordinating visitor check-ins, issuing access passes, and maintaining compliance with safety and induction protocols Booking, preparing, and setting up meeting rooms, including catering and basic AV support Providing administrative assistance including data entry, document preparation, scanning, and general team support Managing office supplies, maintaining common areas, and liaising with building and facilities management Profile The ideal candidate is polished, highly organised, and thrives in a corporate environment where presentation and professionalism are paramount. You will bring: Previous exetnesive experience in a reception, front-of-house, or office coordination role Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills A calm, professional manner with a strong customer service focus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach Interested?
