This is a front-end sales role focused on discovering each customer's unique story, building rapport, and guiding them through to deposit. Fun, friendly sales culture with regular coaching Warm, qualified leads ready to engageKey ResponsibilitiesEngage Customers:- Build genuine connections by understanding each customer's travel motivations and lifestyle goals- Lead enthusiastic conversations that spark emotion and align with their visionIdentify Needs:- Ask thoughtful questions to uncover what really matters to them in a motorhome- Match those needs with specific features and benefits of our vans- Manage the full front-end sales cycle through to deposit- Coordinate viewings and test drives at our Epping site- Confidently guide prospects through pricing, production timelines, and next steps- Maintain strong CRM hygiene in Pipedrive- Hit (and exceed) activity and deposit KPIsWhat You'll Bring- Experience in high-value B2C sales (automotive, real estate, or similar)- Comfortable discussing mechanical features in plain terms- Strong self-management and a love of structured sales processes- Genuine curiosity and empathy, able to connect with people from all walks of life- Confident verbal and written communication- Familiarity with Pipedrive, Google Sheets, and softphone tools- A personal interest in van life, travel, or lifestyle products is a major bonusKey Metrics You'll Own- Daily sales activity (calls, messages, emails)- Deposits secured- Response time to leads- Competitive base + uncapped commission- Join a supportive team with strong industry growth- Flexible working options with coaching and autonomy- Work with a product people genuinely get excited aboutLocation & Hours- Based at our Epping (VIC) site- Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day- Occasional paid travel for trade shows and eventsOur CultureWe're passionate about quality, relationships, and helping people live more freely.
