Job Summary:

* Ensure dishes meet quality expectations throughout every stage of preparation
* Design menus that balance creativity, seasonal availability, and customer preferences
* Optimize resource allocation to ensure profitability and efficient kitchen operations
* Prepare dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
* Manage inventory to support kitchen operations and minimize waste
* Introduce new cooking techniques, recipes, and menu items to enhance culinary offerings
* Participate in the selection and hiring process to onboard skilled and qualified kitchen personnel
Key Responsibilities:
* Cooking food to meet dietary requirements of patrons
* Preparing ingredients for various dishes
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
* Demonstrating safe work practices and adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* Certificate IV qualification desirable
* At least 1 year of relevant work experience
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
