Dynamic Office Manager Opportunity

About the Role

Randstad Education Australia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to oversee customer service and administrative operations in a Canberra-based logistics company. This full-time role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning, supporting team members, and driving overall company success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee office administration tasks including correspondence, filing, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
2. Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the broader team.
3. Serve as primary liaison with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders.
4. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
5. Identify and execute process improvements to optimise work flows.

8. Manage payroll processing for sub-contractors and employees.

Requirements:

4. Advanced proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office suite.
