Our client, a luxury retailer, is looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resources Manager to join their team. This is a permanent full time position.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for all HR matters, partnering with key leaders to drive the people strategy. You will lead a team of 2 and provide expert guidance and support across TA, employee relations and HR Projects.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with leadership to drive people strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, and succession planning
* Work with hiring managers to proactively identify and attract top talent, developing a strategy for sourcing candidates & build a strong talent pipeline
* Act as a trusted advisor on all employee relations matters
* Lead performance management, providing support and guidance to managers on under-performance
* Work with the team to regularly review and update company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* 7-9 years of HR experience
* Degree in HR or similar
* Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills
* Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and developing an HR team
