Face to face trainer required in Bathurst and Central West Region

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced vocational trainers to deliver face to face training to students enrolled in the following qualifications:
* BSB30120 Certificate lll in Business
* BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
About the role…
This role will require you to be:
* Able to train, assess and support students in a face to face environment
* Delivering and assessing training programs in accordance with training package requirements
* Engaging and encouraging students in the classroom
* Sharing your knowledge and skills in your area of expertise
* Adopting innovative learning strategies to enable students to achieve the relevant qualification
*About You…..* To be successful in this role you will possess:
* TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
* Current industry experience (obtained in Australia)
* Evidence of maintaining professional development in the VET sector
* Strong communication and time management skills
* A current Driver's License and willingness travel in the Central West Region
