Duties
* Drive strategic plan delivery across programs
* Lead service teams to achieve measurable outcomes
* Ensure legislative, audit, and contract compliance
* Oversee budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
* Build therapeutic, trauma-informed practice
Skills & Experience
* Degree in social work, psychology, or related field
* Leadership experience in Foster Care or OOHC
* Strong knowledge of therapeutic frameworks
* Budget management and financial oversight skills
* Current driver licence and probity checks
