We are now looking for an experienced and dynamic Portfolio Director to step into leadership across multiple centres when our Centre Directors are on leave or require additional support. This unique role is perfect for an adaptable leader who thrives on variety, enjoys supporting different teams, and is dedicated to achieving excellence in every service.
About the Role
- Provide leadership and guidance across a portfolio of centres in the Hunter, Newcastle and Central Coast regions.
- Support the Area Manager across the region in
- Work closely with educators to inspire and motivate, ensuring the highest quality outcomes for children and families.
- Support services in their journey towards exceeding the National Quality Standards.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with staff, families, and the wider community.
About You
- ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Proven leadership experience in Early Childhood (e.g. Nominated Supervisor, Area Manager, Multi-site Leadership role).
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Child Protection certifications.
- Current Working With Children Check.
