**About our Opportunity**

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our a customer service culture that represents our company brand with pride. You will join the Customer Service team who work closely with the Sales team in providing an exceptional level of service to our customers.

This is a varied role but a typical day will involve:

- process quotes and place orders into our ERP systems
- scheduling of deliveries
- assist with showroom enquiries when required
- cover reception duties during breaks when required
- troubleshoot solutions to improve the customer experience

**About You**

Ideally you'll have customer service, sales and/or administration experience with the capability of lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise. Along with a keenness to learn and work as part of a cooperative team. You will be a well organised team player who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right when processing admin.

In addition, you will bring:

- ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
- ability to multitask & manage time effectively with competing priorities
- outstanding communication and customer service skills

**Work Schedule**

Monday to Friday 8:24am - 4:30pm.

We will provide you with the required training and you will enjoy continued support from an experienced team. Once you have completed your initial training and are confident in the role, you will have the option of working from home one day a fortnight.
