Overview
New Graduate to Senior Rehabilitation Consultant role based in Western NSW (Bathurst, Orange or Dubbo) in a flexible hybrid working environment (post probation).
Recovre is a national rehabilitation provider delivering best-in-class workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services. We work with clients to support recovery after injury or illness across all personal injury schemes, including Workers Compensation, Life and CTP insurance.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of empowering injured clients to thrive, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.
Responsibilities
* Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care
* Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
* Conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments
* Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued
* Manage your time effectively with autonomy across on-site, in-office, and remote work (if you choose)
What you need to have
* Qualifications as either an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
* Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or access to vehicle perks)
