The role of the Manager Building Services is to manage, plan, control, monitor, and provide strategic and expert advice on SAAS's existing and future investments in fixed assets, including the timely planning and implementation of maintenance programs, acquisitions/ disposals and onboarding new buildings, alterations, and addition programs.
It is also the responsibility of the Manager, Business Services to manage all property related issues including property separation, service contracts, provide leadership to departmental staff engaged in responding to and delivering a range of activities related to building security and building services including the procurement, building, installation, maintenance and repair of SAAS assets.
