We currently have opportunities for both qualified Pest Management Technicians and motivated trainees looking to start their career in this rewarding and hands-on industry.
About the Role
Depending on your experience, you will either:
* Join our team as a fully qualified technician, performing a range of pest management services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients, or
* Start as a Trainee Pest Technician, learning all facets of pest management under the guidance of our experienced professionals.
This role offers excellent variety, independence, and opportunities for professional development. You'll be out in the field, solving real problems, and helping to protect homes and businesses across the region.
About You
We're looking for people who take pride in their work and deliver great customer service.
Qualified Pest Technicians:
* Hold a current Pest Management Technician Licence (NSW)
* Have experience in general pest control and termite management (preferred)
* Hold a current manual driver's licence
* Must be able to pass a NSW Police Check, Working with Children Check, and Order 43 medical (if required)
* Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
* Are professional, reliable, and safety-focused
Trainee Pest Technicians:
* No prior experience required — just a willingness to learn and commit to completing Cert III in Pest Management (NSW)
* Must be able to pass a NSW Police Check, Working with Children Check, and Order 43 medical (if required)
* Hold a current manual driver's licence (minimum Red P's); White Card desirable
* Have a good level of physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces and roof voids
* Are motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable using an iPad or smartphone
