We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, customer-facing digital initiatives within a structured and highly regulated environment.
This role will suit someone who is comfortable managing third-party delivery partners, navigating governance and compliance requirements, and driving outcomes across customer journeys, platforms and data.
The role
You will be accountable for the successful delivery of assigned projects, working closely with sponsors, delivery teams and external vendors to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end ownership of project delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk
* Leading internal and external stakeholder groups to deliver agreed outcomes
* Providing clear, concise project reporting to sponsors and steering committees, including progress, financials, risks and recommended corrective actions
* Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact critical milestones
Customer journey & digital delivery
This role has a strong customer and digital focus. You will bring experience across:
* Agile delivery, including ceremonies, planning and execution
* Managing software development delivered by third-party vendors
* Designing and improving customer-facing journeys and interactions
* Delivery across customer platforms such as:
o Content Management / Web platforms
o Mobile applications
o CRM and customer engagement/event platforms
* Digitising and automating front-end processes, including straight-through processing to back-end systems
* Commercial and vendor management, including contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management
Data, risk & regulated delivery
You will be comfortable delivering in environments with strong governance and data obligations, including:
* Managing projects subject to regulatory, privacy, security and compliance requirements
* Leading large-scale data migration and cutover activities involving highly sensitive personally identifiable information
* Ensuring full data quality, reconciliation and controlled transition to target platforms
* Coordinating multi-party delivery models, including three-way planning, requirements and reporting
* Reviewing contractual arrangements and supporting transitions, including the preparation of transition service agreements where required
About you
You’re a confident, hands-on Project Manager who combines delivery momentum with disciplined governance. You’re comfortable operating in complex environments, managing senior stakeholders, and working closely with vendors to get outcomes over the line.
Experience delivering customer platforms, data-heavy programs and regulated initiatives will be highly regarded.
