All Rubber is a leading supplier of conveyor belting and rubber lining in Western Australia, providing high quality products and services to a wide range of businesses and industries.
Business is booming and with a growing clients base across a diverse range of industries, from mining and construction through to agriculture and ports, we are looking for experienced Rubber Production Machine Operators (Belt Splicers/Rubber Liners) to join our All Rubber team.
We have positions available in our Bunbury, Perth and Geraldton locations.
Responsibilities
* Operating a variety of plant, machinery and equipment including overhead cranes, winches, belt winders, forklifts and hand tools as per procedures and specifications, ensure are stored and maintained in good working condition;
* Selecting, preparing, packaging, labelling and loading materials and equipment required to complete work activities;
* Monitoring the manufacture andfinish of rubber products
* Applies rubber linings to pipes, spools, launders, agitator blades, chutes tanks, valves, pipes, hoppers and similar articles;
* Contributes to maintaining a clean, tidy and organised site.

What you will bring
* A professional, proactive andflexible and hands-on approach to work;
* At least 2 years of experience in conveyor belt splicing and maintenance or rubber lining industries;
* Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team;
* Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours and travel for work/work away.
Salary: $77,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, plus penalties and allowances
