The Role
This position is open to junior, mid‐level, or experienced property managers, with duties tailored to match your experience and availability.
* Junior candidates will support senior property managers while developing confidence and skills.
* Experienced candidates will manage a clean and manageable portfolio.
* End‐to‐end property management responsibilities (where applicable).
* Day‐to‐day administration and coordination.
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
* Managing correspondence and documentation.
* Ensuring legislative compliance.
* Supporting the wider team as required.
About You
This role will suit someone who is proactive, reliable, and genuinely interested in building a long‐term career in property management.
* Experience in property management or a related real estate role, or strong motivation to learn.
* A current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, or willingness to obtain.
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
* A team‐first mindset with a solutions‐focused approach.
* Pride in your presentation and quality of work.
