We are responsible for delivering a multi-billion-dollar pipeline of transformative transport and social infrastructure projects, operating and maintaining thousands of kilometres of roads and managing our city's public transport network.
The Opportunity
Join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team where your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem‐solving skills will make a tangible impact on the quality and integrity of government data. Reporting to the Systems Manager, you will remediate, analyse, cleanse, transform, integrate, and report on data across AGFMA and Facilities Management Service Provider systems. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with technical and operational stakeholders in a fast paced, complex environment, delivering high quality data outcomes under tight deadlines.
About You
You are a proactive and accountable professional who acts with urgency, supports change and risk management initiatives, and delivers complex solutions within assigned functions. You provide customer focused, strategically aligned services and build strong relationships with stakeholders to resolve sensitive, critical, or complex matters.
You operate effectively with minimal supervision, setting priorities, championing leading practice, and delivering high‐quality outcomes consistent with departmental systems, processes, and policies.
Educational Qualifications / Licences
* Tertiary qualification in IT/data analysis is highly regarded.
Special Conditions
* A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
* A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to employment which must be renewed every five years before expiry.
* Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.
