Our team will give you the chance to deliver wound closure technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals within a designated region.
The Opportunity
* To build and maintain long-term relationships with key clinical stakeholders within hospitals and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of delivered healthcare services through support and education.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain key clinical relationships that foster product adoption.
* Sell designated clinical products within a specific geographical territory using surgeon or account-based business plans that drive action and outcomes in a timely manner.
* Provide monthly objective and sales data that identify opportunities and risks and update Business Manager.
* Develop education and training programs for all accounts with assistance from colleagues and Professional Education solutions team.
* Work with colleagues to coordinate and deliver education sessions that support identified customer needs.
* Attend and lead customer training events such as EmpowOR and Surgical Assistants Program.
* Complete inventory counts according to customer expectations and company policy.
* Proactively report back orders and stock optimization to customers and suggest alternatives.
* Create and participate in building a strong collaborative team across designated accounts that supports strategic initiatives.
* Build and maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with all staff members.
* Conduct sales activities in a way that develops customer confidence and meets their needs.
* Dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
* Educate clinicians and clinical staff to utilize new medical technology and develop KOL support of new products.
* Actively participate in nominated training programs.
* Develop self-learning strategies to maintain knowledge.
