About the Role
Using only Australian plant-based/natural skincare and health supplements, Spa Lucca offers a complete wellness experience specializing in holistic facials and intentional body therapies including Chakra and Crystal therapies.
You will represent Spa Lucca to the highest standard. Responsible for ensuring the spa common areas and treatment rooms are clean, tidy, and presented to the highest standard, this is a critical role that ensures our guests feel safe, comfortable, and have an exceptional experience. Duties will include:
1. Cleaning
2. Maintenance
3. Stock management
4. Laundry
5. Assisting with reception duties
This is a busy and varied role where you will provide support and assistance to the therapists throughout the day.
About You
With a passion for all things health, beauty, and skincare, you will be an enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude. You will have high grooming standards and will pride yourself on giving our guests the five-star luxury experience they have come to expect. Prior work experience in the industry or study towards massage or beauty therapy will be an advantage, although not essential. Availability to work weekends is essential, along with some availability throughout the week.
