About the role
We're searching for a Trade Qualified Baker with experience in fast-paced bakery environments. You'll take pride in contributing to a well-presented, welcoming and engaging bakery department.
* Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
* Extensive baking experience: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting. This is the key to helping our team succeed.
* Food safety and hygiene knowledge: We take safety and hygiene seriously, and your knowledge of these aspects is essential to uphold our high standards.
* Customer obsessed: Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for someone who can delight our customers with their love for baking.
* Passion for quality and consistency: You take pride in every loaf that you deliver.
* Mentorship and Team Support: We're looking for a team player who can coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
