Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the national sales strategy.
* Lead, coach, and mentor a high‐performing sales team.
* Build and strengthen relationships with retail, developer, and commercial partners.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Candidate Profile
* 10+ years' experience in sales or commercial roles, within design‐led manufacturing, consumer goods, or home solution products.
* 5+ years' leadership experience – ability to lead and inspire a team in a growth‐stage environment.
* Solid track record in strategic sales planning and execution.
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Commercially astute, proactive, and results‐driven.
