We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven accounting professional to be part of a dynamic finance team.
This role has immediate commencement opportunity and will suit someone with 1-2 years of post-graduate accounting experience who is looking to deepen their technical skills and take the next step in their career under the guidance of the Financial Controller.
* Assist with month end and year end closing processes ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with internal controls.
* Prepare journals, reconciliations and supporting documentation for timely completion.
* Maintain Fixed Asset Register up to date for financial reporting purposes.
* Support the preparation of financial reports and management accounts for informed business decisions.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently and effectively.
* Reconciliation of corporate credit cards and allocation to budgets for transparency and accountability.
* Support audits and provide documentation for external auditors to ensure smooth process.
* Assist with Inventory cycle counts and Annual stocktake to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Compilation of taxation and FP&A reporting as required for regulatory compliance.
* Contribute to process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency and productivity.
